Summary

• Pay at $24/hour
• Onsite (no remote opportunity) 5 days per week in Carrollton TX
• Contract-to-hire opportunity with a 3-6 month timeline

As a Home Loan Specialist, you will play a key role in processing loans accurately and on time.

· Perform routine data entry and validation tasks

· Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)

· Review and validate loan documents

· Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses

· Monitor work queues and intervening as needed

· Perform other related duties as required and assigned

· Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You Bring

· Associate's degree or equivalent work experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

· General understanding of applicable Federal, State and Local regulations
